Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping within Australia or the USA
  • Shipping to any part of Australia or the USA is a flat rate of AU $6.00
  • Once the order is received goods will be shipped within 48 hours as long as goods are in stock (in the rare instance they are not in stock we will inform you within the 48hours of this).
  • Once shipped, goods will take 1-6 days to reach you.
  • Goods are not shipped over Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
  • Orders paid by Paypal cannot be shipped until payment has been cleared.
  • We cannot deliver goods to a PO box.
International Shipping
  • Shipping outside of Australia and the USA is a flat rate of AU $10.00
  • All goods shipped outside of Australia are shipped as fully insured registered mail.
  • Once the order is received goods will be shipped within 48 hours as long as goods are in stock (in the rare instance they are not in stock we will inform you within the 48hours of this).
  • Once shipped, goods will take 1-2 weeks to reach you but due to each countries customs procedures the time will vary. We are unfortunately not responsible for any delays.
  • Shipping includes freight only and JulianneBoutique.com is not responsible for paying any additional customs charges such as duties, tariffs, taxes. The correct amount in Australian dollars will be quoted for each order. Customers are responsible for researching the applicable customs charges as JulianneBoutique.com cannot make a false customs declaration when shipping international orders. * Goods are not shipped over Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

What is the return policy?
 
  • Products can be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods.
  • For returns, please email us prior to returning and we will provide a returns number, please provide the reason for return, order number, Name, Email address, Phone number
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive the goods, once we have checked off the goods we will process  the refund.
  • We do not refund our postage costs for returns.
  • Customers are responsible for insuring goods that they return and paying the postage (unless in the event the wrong product has been sent).
  • Goods that are sold on sale cannot be returned due to change of mind purchases, however, they can be exchanged (if a substitute item is in stock).
  • Goods must have tags attached and must be in a saleable condition for a return to be accepted.
  • We cannot accept returns of thongs, briefs and boy leg shorts due to hygiene reasons so please choose sizes carefully.
  • A refund will only occur once returned goods have been received by JulianneBoutique.com  in a saleable condition (excluding faulty goods).  So please ensure that goods are securely packaged and for jewellery items please pack in suitable packaging so they are not damaged in the post, goods.
